One Suggestion

Two suggestions:
1. When you change to FORMS view, it will take you back to where you were in the STEP BY STEP VIEW. But, when returning to FORMS view, you start over. If would be helpful if when returning to FORMS view the same forms previously opened would reopen just as when you left that view.

2. Minister's Housing information is vague related to the limits. One needs to already know those rules. If not, they would not likely understand them from Quicken.
What's great about it: very thorough and detailed; easy to use

Good Tax Software

Very good for organizing all your tax information and having detailed electronic records when done. Step by step process is good, importing information from last year is a timesaver and comparing last year with this year helps you catch mistakes. However there are some glitches like making you enter a PIN when filing by mail and not fixing the problem. It caused confusion as to whether it was going to file electronically or not. Overall a good product to use for doing taxes. I would recommend the product.
What's great about it: importing from last year, step-by-step, consolidates all tax info into one electronic place
What's not so great: some of the steps are confusing

Hands-Down the Best Way to File Your Taxes!

We've been using Turbo Tax ever since it came out, and we would not even entertain the thought of using a different method to file either our Federal or our state income tax returns. It's so easy, yet it covers everything completely. They provide any support needed, as well as an accuracy guarantee. I can't imagine why anyone would want to have someone else do their taxes by hand, when they could have the fantastic Turbo Tax tools at their disposal.
What's great about it: accurate, fast, detailed step-by-step, clearly presented, instant help
What's not so great: None!

I can't imagine doing Taxes without TurboTax

Everything great as always and a simple breeze to complete the tax return. At the price we are paying and with there being so many tax programs on the market to pick from, it would be great if you can add a free state e-file in to the program. With as many faithful years as I have spent as a customer, that loyalty should be worth something.

I received a couple of other tax forms (5498-SA & 1098) and had to go into the Turbo Tax Community to figure out what I had to do with them. It would be helpful if you had a dropdown menu for "Forms Received" and people could select the additional forms to get correct information - for instance:
5498-SA - informational form only - no need to input
1098 - click here to input with a link to the correct section

Easy, Easy, Easy!

After having to endure a very trying IRS audit several years ago and incurring the cost of a CPA to handle it for us, the ease and confidence that TurboTax provides is worth every penny.
What's great about it: Simple Q&A format
What's not so great: Repeatedly asked if I wanted to file state forms, which we don't need
