TURBO TAX TUB IT & DONE

I never do my tax before i know Turbo tax. i had to drive to my friend office pay him and wait. Thanks to Turbo tax for the last 5 years and in the privacy of my own home on my desk top or lap top i do my tax quick and easy. Download Turbo tax to your device and let them take you to a great refund with fun. Tub with with Turbo tax & its done. Thank you Turbo Tax.

Not so happy with pin and sig pin

I want to file by mail. Why do you ask for a pin and a signature code? This is a real confusing bug and not a good way to end my TurboTax experience this year.
After looking at the help web page, I assume I can just print and mail...... but it sure took a while to figure this out. Why did you cause all the confusion. I was NOT the only one asking the very same question. Fix your software please!
What's great about it: Glad I do not have to do this by hand!
What's not so great: not happy with pin and signature pin

Absolutely Fantastic!

I could not be happier with the Turbo Tax Deluxe and it is well worth the price. I not inly recommend it to family and friends, I actually purchased an additional copy for my daughter and son-in-law. I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have never had any issues and never been audited. You guys are the best!
What's great about it: I was guided through everything with simple, easy to follow directions and all the help I needed was always just a click
What's not so great: As with doing taxes any way, any where, it is a long process.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Up in the air

This was my first time using Turbo Tax software so maybe I was a little over cautious through the whole thing. But this isn't the first time I filed my own return, yet It did take quite a bit longer than I'd expected. After all is does claim to be easy for first time users.
What's great about it: educational?
What's not so great: A bit of a long process

I really like using Turbo Tax and will do so again next year. However, new area for me was Social Security/Disability. Spent most of my time trying to figure out what was needed where.
Would be great if there were a short summary of some areas. Maybe even quick access to publications for reading over to familiarized subject matter.
What's great about it: Easy to read and understand steps
What's not so great: Not enough help in some areas

Exceptional!

TurboTax is the best Tax Software available. I have been using it the past 10 years and enjoy the simplicity and the speed in which it works. I have never had any problems other than having to wait for my W-4 in the mail. It walked me through the details, and made my electronic filing easy. I received my refund in 1 week. The audit check puts your mind at ease.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy to follow along, Simple Filing, Easy to Save
What's not so great: Always needing updates

2013 Taxes

Return was complicated, but I was able to get it all done quickly and accurately
What's great about it: Complex return due to retirement and moving from MO to FL
What's not so great: Nothing much. Easy to update deductions this year
