Decades of satisfaction

I've used TurboTax since it first became available in DOS, and I expect to continue as an extremely satisfied customer.
What's great about it: Straightforward.
What's not so great: Give more help in determining if medical insurance is HD or not.

Young proffesional with zero experience

Answering the questions and filling out the requested information was simple and straightforward. Any questions I did have I was able to find on their help forums. I didn't feel uncertain about any of the information I filled in which is great for someone who worries like me! An affordable, no experience necessary way to file taxes.
What's great about it: Simple, explains possible credits and how to be eligible, encourages certain discounts I would otherwise be unsure of
What's not so great: Nothing glaring
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very Easy

Great program overall. I love how it transfers information from the previous year's return, reducing steps. Last year I hired a professional to do my taxes, and I got the same amount of money that I usually get when I use Turbo Tax. I'll never pay someone hundreds of dollars again to do my taxes. Turbo Tax is great!
What's great about it: I enjoyed how clear everything was to understand and how thoroughly it went through my income and deduction options.

Easy to Use

This is my 7th year using TurboTax and it gets easier to use every year. Even though tax laws change every year, TurboTax is on top of it and presents it in a simple easy to understand language for the working man like me. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: concise, simple, quick, no question too complex to answer

Turbo Tax for MAC

Overall, I had no problems using Turbo Tax. Works well, and really no difference from Windows version. Have been using for several years and like the way the program walks you through all possible options, giving us the best possible refund.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Getting used to MAC version

Always hated doing taxes, but this program was easy if you do not make errors because explanations were hard to understand. Seems filing single is easier than Married filing jointly
What's great about it: Cheaper than having CPA
What's not so great: Took a while to understand all the credits, and then made error and hard to correct them
