Roth problem

I had my first Roth IRA withdrawal. Turbotax asked questions about the withdrawal that were not completely clear. The result was that Turbotax calculated that I had withdrawn the entire amouont of my ROTH, not just a small amount. The difference between my contributions and the small withdrawal was considered to be a huge loss, which was a big deduction that I knew to be incorrect. I had a hard time figuring out what went wrong. I wish the Roth (and maybe the IRA) withdrawal questions had been clearer.
What's great about it: The calculations were all perfect and it was easy to use
What's not so great: Problems with Roth IRA withdrawal

"What If" Section and Quicken Intergration

One thing I'd like to see added and one thing I need help with.
Like to see added: A "What If" Section. My income and deductions are about the same year after year. This year I did close out an IRA and increased my income significantly. If I had had access to a what if section I could have run several scenarios to see if I could have done better spreading the closure over a few years. I actually did this by inputting a fictitious account but was a hassle. Lot of people might benefit from something like this.
I am an avid user of Quicken also and don't know how to import tax information from Quicken to TurboTax. Where do I go to figure it all out?
What's great about it: Easy to do. Step by Step. All bases covered.
What's not so great: Cant think of any.

Turbotax keeps getting better

I have been using TT for at least 14 years now and I keep coming back because I don't feel anybody has more vested in me doing well on my tax return than Turbotax and me. I'll be buying TT 2014 next year. RA
What's great about it: Straight forward interview to get everything back that you can
What's not so great: It doesn't gather the documents for you
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

If you looking for a product that is easy to use but covers everything extensively, then Turbo Tax is the product for you!! Don't give money away that you've worked hard for.

Fast, easy, and accurate

I've counted on Turbo Tax for many, many years, would never consider using another. It just works.
What's great about it: Imports data from last year, easy walk-through of income & deductions, free state program (w/Deluxe), free fed e-file
What's not so great: This year, 2013, for the 1st time ever, severe problem w/installation delayed starting my taxes
