Peace of Mind

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and I have always found it to be accurate, perfect for my needs. My tax status has changed over the years but the detail built into turbo tax always keeps me covered and protected. When I file my returns with turbo tax I feel confidant that they are accurate and complete. I have peace of mind.
What's great about it: I appreciate all the detailed questions on the walk throughs - bringing up topics I didn't know about.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Awesomely simple and a great refund!

The 'back' button feature allows me to go back and check things if I think of something as I am doing it. If saved, I can go back and make changes. It is indeed simple to use. The free E-file is wonderful! Wow! Navigation with the questions makes it even simpler than filling it out by hand myself. It is a great product. Use it.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Free E-file-Wow! I love the' back' button feature!!!
What's not so great: cannot think of any other than all employers should have their w-2 info importable but Turbo Tax cannot control that.

Excellent Tax Tool

We have used TurboTax for several years now. Only one time did we use a CPA firm in the last few years and found that it was very expensive and not any more thorough or accurate than this program.
What's great about it: Thorough and detailed program that guides you every step of the way.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.

Easy Tax

I really like Turbo Tax. Much easier and they do all the math! I believe they find more deductions also. Filing taxes not painless but less painful with Turbo Tax AND SAVES TIME!!!
What's great about it: reminds me of all the things I missed
What's not so great: Unaware of updates

Gets better every year

Was easier this year to file state by mail.

TurboTax is the easiest part of filing taxes

Collecting and entering income and deductions is the only "hard" part, but everybody has to do that anyhow. No actual calculations are needed. It's pretty easy to skip over a section and return to that section later.
I had to skip the preliminary filing steps to print (PDF) a preliminary copy to review first.
What's great about it: Personal information transfers from the previous year
What's not so great: Normal sequence starts Filing procedure before printing
