Makes doing taxes easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and would not switch to any other method. Great online support helped me to get taxes on my old computer moved over to my new computer.
What's great about it: Step by step process.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years now and it gets easier and easier to use year to year. The software loads quicker and refreshes much faster than prior years.
Although listed as a Con, the help/FAQ support areas has vastly improved in the past few years as well.
What's great about it: Deluxe worked great. Easy user interface
What's not so great: Help & support/FAQ don't always supply enough info.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Bad Application

A terrible program. I may have to use another program. I did this one over from scratch. Last year I had to pay several penalties. I might even have to go to a tax accountant to get it filed. I was allowed to make what might have been mistakes on my part with no warning. Some of the instructions were not accurate. I will never use Turbotax again and I will tell anyone wo asks to be very careful if they do use it.
What's great about it: Can't think of any
What's not so great: No way to get real help

I have used TurboTax for a number of years now and it is quick, easy and complete. I recommend it to all of my friends.
What's great about it: The question and answer format makes it very easy to file one's taxes.
