Not the greatest

Although I stated it was easy to fill all entries I found that the system did not always reflect my last years entries.. My BIG problem however is I've been unable to print the forms necessary to file by mail and from the Q&A system many others have had the same problem. A real bummer!
What's great about it: Easy to fill all entries
What's not so great: Impossible to print for filing by mail!

Easy Refunds

It was very easy to use. They have help along the way if you have questions.Also tells you what you will need for each section. I like that it is guaranteed should the IRS have questions they will help. The only thing I would want to change is the cost to E-file your state taxes.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Wish state e-file was free

Seem like it was more difficult than last year. The software assumed that since I received at 1000 state refund that I needed at 1000 state estimated tax input. Could not get this off my federal work sheet. It showed up that I had paid a 1000 estimated state tax on my state form. Showing a 1000 state refund. Since I had not paid any advance state tax and corrected it, my state return reflected amended even though it had not even been transmitted. Make it more friendly to change for people who are not computer smart.
