Great experience. I've been using TurboTax for the past 2 or three years and I've thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience every year.
What's great about it: simple and to the point

I have used TurboTax for 18 years and had only 1 issue that was quickly resolved. I recommend this program to everyone. It is second to none!

Second year using TurboTax. Last year's info was imported and my W2 was uploaded. It really took just a few clicks on my part, I entered my charitable contributions, and I was done.
I just filed my 1040 and state returns. I've never been done so early.
Looking forward to next year already.

When TurboTax estimated my sales tax, it arrived at a value of appr $610, however, it inserted a value of $0 dollars in the form. The date given for the update was 12/31, which had already passed. When I obtained the latest updates, it was difficult to figure out if Schedule A had been updated. I believe it had and filed, as I saw no further warnings on this update requirement. I'm still not sure, however, if it was updated.
What's great about it: I would have rated Turbotax as excellent but it was difficult determining whether or not Schedule A had been updated
What's not so great: Problem determining whether or not available updates had been done

What's great about it: Cheap & Easy
What's not so great: Didn't Understand Everything

Turbo tax is the prefect product for me. A single city worker, with no investment income, and no strange income or credit circumstances.
What's great about it: Everything works well for an employee personal return
