Great as usual

This program has made it very simple for a person to do their taxes. Just answer the questions and fill in the blanks and you are done!
What's great about it: Easy to use, stress free, maximum refund

Surefire and Steady

I use Turbo Tax to save myself money, and also for the ease of use. I can sit quietly, fill the forms, press a few buttons and I am done, any questions are answered with a click. All the answers are very well explained.
What's great about it: As ususual, everything laid out in sequence with perfect explanations.
What's not so great: No comments

TurboTax Great After It Finally Installed

After eight or ten years of using TurboTax, you almost lost a customer when I was unable to install the 2013 TurboTax on either my Windows 8 laptop or my Windows XP desktop. To your credit, however, you produced a patch that allowed the software to install normally and the rest of the experience was easy and predictable.
Please test next year's version before you release it.
What's great about it: Filling out the tax return was easy - as usual.
What's not so great: Software would not install at first - caused much angst and irritation.

Late February and Logic Flaws Still in Program

I was sincerely disappointed with my Turbo Tax experience this year. After finishing the data entry and error checking, I was ready to print my return so I could file by mail. The program insisted on the entry of e-file pin numbers/code even though I had no intention of filing via e-mail. There was no way to move forward logically from that screen. After consulting the Help FAQs, I had to use the File/Print functions on the menu bars to eventually print my return. This problem apparently had been known for some time and not corrected, even as late as late February, when I was doing my returns. Something so obvious and well-documented should have been fixed.
What's great about it: Continued to be easy to use
What's not so great: It's late in February and Logic Flaws Still in Program

Even after updating the software (several times!), the Federal return will not upload to TurboTax.
