I've used TurboTax every year since 2005 and it just keeps getting better each year. Why would anyone use anything else?
What's great about it: Everything I need in an easy step-by-step process

Finally Got My Tax Done

Been using this tax for 14 years and after the first year this is the first time I had to put everything back in again. It did not transfer to my 2013. Maybe you need to check on this. Thanks.
What's great about it: Love how I can do them at home and take my time.
What's not so great: Did not like the repeated work had to look up for this year

On Maine's "2013-Worksheet for Pension INcome Deduction - Schedule 1, Line 2d: under "Pensions that do not qualify" It states "Also disability benefits reported as wages on your federal income tax return do not qualify." But Turbotax is setup so it fills in the same figures ($6000)for both the preparer and spouse. This has been wrong for the past three years and cost us over $900 in penalties and interest.
What's not so great: Ignored instrustions regarding Maine disability benefits reported as wages.

First Year Turbo Fantastic!!

We have used a tax professional in the past and they never asked the questions that Turbo Tax asks (the software was extremely easy to use). Refund is doubled this year without any other changes with job, family etc. My new tax professional is now Turbo Tax and so much less expensive to purchase the software compared to what the Accountant charged! I am sold on Turbo Tax and am here to stay. Thank You!!!
What's great about it: Software user friendly, great refund, efile esay!!!

I have used turbo tax every year since 2001. it has gotten better and more user friendly every year. Great Job!! I will use it again next year, too.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
