What's great about it: Less expensive than CPA
What's not so great: Almost made a huge mistake that it didn't catch

Fast and Easy Itemized Return

Fast and easy, only wish that the state e-file cost was included in the Deluxe Federal and State package.
What's great about it: Pulled information from prior year
What's not so great: Extra cost for state e-file

After organizing my financial data, it took me approximately 6 hours total to enter all the data on the Turbo Tax forms and send the returns off to Federal and State agencies. I am extremely please with Turbo Tax.

From beginning to end the program walks you through step by step with easy help options along the way where one can find information and answers for questions. If one needs to go back and make changes it was easy to do so. One doesn't have to finish the return all at once. The options for e-filing are great.
What's great about it: Was very user friendly, easy to get clarification when needed.
What's not so great: A couple of times program did not respond.
