Pretty much satisfied with the process. Almost got stuck but read up on the blogs / forums and found my answer. It was pretty easy to solve actually.
What's great about it: Easy step by step instructions, e-filing, direct deposit
What's not so great: Had to pay for CA forms because I worked in GA.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I'VE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO IMPORT THE PREVIOUS YEARS TAX INFORMATION BUT FOR SOME REASON THIS YEARS TURBO TAX WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO IMPORT THE INFORMATION.

What's not so great: COULD NOT IMPORT LAST YEARS DATA FROM TURBO TAX

We have been using Turbo Tax for years and am amazed at improvements thru the years. Worth the cost.

What's not so great: Difficult to go back to make correctons after finalizing

You know all of the latest tax changes, as well as providing all the appropriate forms. I get the lowest possible tax amount with a minimum of preparation on my part.

Great experience with excellent resources, as needed, to get the best returns. Year-by-year use is very efficient. Quick data pull from previous year file and great to have the year-by-year comparison to make certain items are not missed or forgotten.
