TurboTax is an excellent program for simple returns, but downloading the program took the better part of the morning, and I have fiber optics. Seems like there should be a way to speed that up so you can get started on the information that is important!
I like the little calculators at the top of the screen!

What's great about it: It can all be pretty much completed in one sitting
What's not so great: Took a very long time to load and add the updates! Seven minutes of updates took nearly 2 hours!

Have been using Turbo Tax sine 1997, Used a different one, 1 year and immediately came back to Turbo Tax.

Every year it appears that TurboTax gets easier and easier. This maybe because I have used it for the past ten years. This year the questions were easy to answer. I'm not sure how the final answer was arrived at but it looked correct when compared to the previous years figures. Can't look a gift horse (REFUND) in the mouth. Thanks TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to answer the questions.
What's not so great: Not sure how the final refund was figured (Internal to Software)

Overall Turbo Tax is easy to understand and easy to use. It takes the terror out of filing federal and state income taxes.

Not impressed this year.

It kept telling me my efile did not go through because there were updates. But when I did what it told me to do to get the updates, it told me there were no updates. Now, I have to file by mail. As I said, not impressed.
