We have been using Turbo Tax for the last 5+ years or so and have never been disappointed. Feel very secure and confident that when we complete a return, it is 100% accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to follow questions and guide lines
What's not so great: A little on the slow side

Turbo Tax has got to be the easiest fastest way to do your taxes. Have used them for years. Never will I go anywhere else.

This is the second year that I am using TurboTax and I love it. Now my parents decided that I should be the one doing their taxes as well. I love turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Update took for ever
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy!

Was annoyed I couldn't use my Federal refund to pay for my state taxes owed. Seems like I could do this in the past.
What's great about it: Double-checked to be sure I didn't miss any deductions
What's not so great: Wish I could have used my Federal return to pay for my state return

why charge us for STATE TAX

TURBO TAX is a easy sure shot way of doing your taxes. they leave no stone uncovered when doing your taxes making sure you get everything that's coming to you, much of which you may not even realize you had coming. I'd rate TURBO TAX A 85%, only because they charge for transferring your info to your STATE TAX. TOTALLY not right.
What's great about it: it's always a pleasure to do taxes with turbo tax.
What's not so great: the fact that they started charging for State Taxes just transfered.
