2013 Preparation

Excellent tool. Easy to use. I've used TurboTax for at least 15 years. Only problem I've had is the 2014 estimated taxes doesn't seem to reflect the standard deduction or exemptions in the calculation. I'd like to see a more detailed summary of the estimate for both Federal and State.
What's great about it: Prepares returns for multiple people - No tax knowledge needed
What's not so great: Estimated taxes for 2014 isn't accurate.

Overall, I'm very happy with my TurboTax experience. I have used TurboTax for the past 5 years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process step by step; guarantee's accuracy
What's not so great: Extra fee's for additional state forms

The process for Federal filing was fine, had trouble locating the places to enter info for State filing. Had to question where the Fire Fighter Credit for Delaware gets entered. Saw the note that says "Do Not Enter Fire Fighter Credit Here" but did not see anything that said "Hit Continue to enter Fire Fighter Credit on Next page"

I;ve used Turbo Tax for several years and find it very easy to use and accurate. The best part is that the program asks me to consider other types of deductions I may have missed. I especially like the feature that all the previous year's information is carried forward so you don't have to re-enter everything and it illustrates a comparison of the two years. Lets you see how your financial picture has changed.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and find answers
