you are all ways asking for more money for up grades not nice if pep\ople wanted it they would bought it right off when they bought the the disk
What's great about it: step by step instruction
What's not so great: at the end I paid with check rathan than credit card, I wanted to pay with card do not know how I missed it

Getting Better

Still not perfect. Some of the items have glitches when entering. Review of previous items can be cumbersome. Some of the explanations can be more complete. Otherwise, I could never do my taxes without this product.
What's great about it: Can't do without it. Gets better every year.

I was able to do my taxes. but it was not easy as it use to be.
What's great about it: Easy to buy

I like that Turbo Tax brings in your information from last year's return and that it can go download some W2's and other tax forms. It does a good job of asking you questions so you don't miss a topic or suggesting items that I would not have known about otherwise.
My only gripe is that when I revisit a topic, I am sometimes confused as to whether my original answers to the "check all that apply" questions are really saved.
What's great about it: Brings in information from last year's return
What's not so great: If you go back to check a topic, I can be confused as to if it keeps my previous answers or not.

For the price and the amount of time it takes to do my federal and state taxes, you can't beat TurboTax.
What's great about it: Fast, simple, accruate
