Have used Turbo Tax for years. Actually, I enjoy doing the taxes
What's great about it: Its Deductible is VERY good
What's not so great: Some difficulites with Sched D, with IRS changing the form
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Pretty fast

Easy to file for first time users

I will definitely use Turbo Tax again. I found one item that is duplicate on the form under Property Taxes Paid on Boats and Planes:
"This doesn't include:
* Property taxes for your home
* Car registration fees
* Property taxes for your home" - this line is duplicate.

The error on line 10 on the w-2 was an issue with TurboTax. Customer service was very helpful & corrected the issue. It was a 2 hour inconvenience.
What's great about it: Loved the step by step!
What's not so great: Gave an error on line 10 for the w-2 & it was correct (had to call customer service)

I have used TT for many years. It fits my needs perfectly. So easy to use!
What's great about it: I love the simplicity of the questions and the ability to import year over year.
What's not so great: No cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Even Complex Returns Are Easy

I have done some simple returns for family members and a few very complicated returns as well. In each instance, TurboTax guides you through each area and prompts you to enter the information from your documentation. TurboTax helps you to maximize your refund and assists you in finding deductions and credits of which you may not have thought. I have used TurboTax for many years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Walks you through the entire return
What's not so great: Some items are limited or not offered

This is my first experience of filing my taxes on my own. I wonder why I did not do it before ... I would have saved many dollars over the years. A great product.
