Outstanding Refund

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years and am amazed at how easy it is to use year after year. I have received the maximum refund each year and completely trust this product.
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This product save effort in filing one's income tax. There are several improvements that can be made to the organization and the printing functions.
What's great about it: Better than doing by hand
What's not so great: No ability to print what is seen on the screen

Easy

I really enjoyed this years turbo tax more than before. It seemed to make things even easier than before (not that anything could make doing taxes "fun").
What's great about it: Since I've used Turbo Tax for years, makes it easy for the following year since data is transferred automatically.
What's not so great: A little repetitive, especially in areas where you are trying to sell me more capability.

As usual, everything went well. I did my part and you did yours and the process was painless. I have tried other software but Turbo Tax is the best. This is not a paid endorsement either.
What's great about it: Stop and restart many times
What's not so great: Needed to withhold more...my bad

I have been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years now and really like it. It keeps up to date and if I have questions, it has the place I can go to find the answers.
What's great about it: Able to do my families taxes on my time.
What's not so great: Can't figure out how to get the one free state email filing.
