I've used Turbo Tax since 1999 and it works great every time. Especially like It's Deductible

Easy and Accurate

As a retired minister I receive a pension from the church. It comes on a 1099R and is not taxable because it is designated as parsonage exclusion for which I have expenditures to justify. I had to override because turbo tax wanted it to be taxable and I made it 0. So I could not file electronically because it wanted me to take the override off before filing.. I could do it for 2012. But not this year.
What's great about it: great step by step guidelines
What's not so great: Had to file by mail due to override because of parsonage exclusion of pension

Without Turbo Tax I could not do my yearly taxes. However, even with Turbo Tax it is still a struggle.
What's great about it: step by step process with explanations
What's not so great: sometimes from the paperwork I receive it is not obvious where to put the information.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

They need to stop pushing the use of Intuit products on almost every click! e.g.: "Do you want to import" should be asked ONCE, if no, should not ask again!
STILL don't make it easy to print out just the sheets you want, and NOT the wkshts., esp. the ones that are blank! Why does Turbo Tax want to force you to use as much paper as possible?
What's great about it: Good Software
What's not so great: Waaay too much advertising of Intuit products!!

Reporting error in Turbo Tax printout

Error is TurboTax print out.
In my Tax History printout, my itemized deductions for 2013 interest expense and contributions are shown in the 2009 column while the 2013 column is blank. The 2009 amounts should be zero. The total itemized deductions for all years 2009 - 2013 are correct.

Very easy to use. print function not clear.
Clicking on print brings up Adobe Acrobat and you need to print from it.
