Thorough and efficient interview process

I have nothing but confidence in the TurboTax software family. Have been using it for over a decade for home and business filings. Always pertinent question and the help areas are written to be informative with a little IRSese as possible.
What's great about it: Two year comparison on the interview screens. Much easier to drive to the applicable items.
What's not so great: A minor edit for an area aleady answered still requires use of the 'Coninue' function to save.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax 2013

I'm 70+ w/2 college degrees and this 2013 TurboTax seems to be the MOST DIFFICULT version I have used in the past 15 years or so of using TurboTax! Update the forms and programs BEFORE I spend my time trying to figure out what we are supposed to be doing! It was the most difficult experience I have had in years and I have been using TurboTax for many many years now (at least 15 years# and I am extremely glad it is now over! I will continue to use TT next year again but I sure hope you STOP messing with the program and simply work on the idiot tax laws NOT your program. Last year #2012) was the best experience I have ever had with TT and highly recommended it to many of my friends and neighbors, this year I will have to seriously have to re-think any recommendations for my less informed neighbors.
What's great about it: Free Auto Electronic filing
What's not so great: difficult to say the least...........

Turbo Tax makes doing your taxes so easy, I was able to do my families taxes in under ten minutes while my 19mo sat on my lap and 'helped'. Thank you Turbo Tax!

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least ten years. I'm impressed on how easy it is for me to complete. From start to finish, apprx. one hour to complete. Granted, we don't have many deductions anymore (empty nesters).
What's great about it: Very easy directions, step, by step.

Keeps me in control of my tax filing.
Friends who hand their stuff to a tax preparer can't do any more. I take a couple weeks to do the taxes and invariably remember something, expense or donation, etc that I would have forgotten to give the preparer.
