Easy and quick

We have filed with Turbo Tax for 10 years at least with many life changes. It is always easy and quick.
What's great about it: Easy, quick
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

was a little thrown off by the state fee for e-fil

1st time using turbo tax missed a few things but was easy to go back and fix them . will use again next year but will buy federal & state plus. I thought the deluxe was good enough for my tax year but will try it again next year. have a nice day
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: added state fee for e-file

My third year using TurboTax. It is the easiest and fastest way to file. TurboTax won't let me forget anything important.
What's great about it: Good arrangement of income and deduction groups
What's not so great: Wait till you finish before you print

Year after Year an excellent product

I have been using TurboTax since before 1997 (with being unfaithful for one year) but came back and never looked back at the more difficult H&R software. TurboTax has made my life easier. Thank You.

Couldn't have been better

I was a little hesitant at first to try this program but as soon as I booted it up, it was a breeze! with step by step instructions along the way and a help button always being on your side, Turbo Tax Deluxe made it simple in a matter of minutes to estimate my refund. I will definitely use this program again next year.
What's great about it: simple

WOO HOO, I'm done

Usually between finding the papers and putting in the data, it takes me two days in years past, hunkered down with coffee and graham crackers. Now that I am done in half the time, I have a day off tomorrow and i've earned it. You too. Take a day off on me!
The glitch was solved when I called in and Matthew helped out, with humor to boot. So, the glitch is but a memory.
What's great about it: I'm done in less than a day.
What's not so great: Software glitch when transmitting

Love Turbo Tax but...

Summary Page adds ordinary and exempt interest together. Does not show exempt interest at all, but 1040 does. Inconsistency causes confusion in my mind.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Problem with exempt Interest

Taxes Made Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax now for years and I have not been disappointed in it's ability to complete my return accurately. It makes e-filing simple and the transactions for refunds and/or payments are just as simple. I would recommend this software to anyone who has a computer. I recommend you have all your documentation ready at the time to start your return.
What's great about it: All possible question to filling out your tax return are asked and explained.
What's not so great: Returning to sections completed could be easier or more user friendly.
