Beware of hidden fees

Everything seemed great until I was done and I noticed I was being charged for things that are supposed to be free as I purchased the deluxe edition as well as things I declined such as audit defense. Same thing happened last year this may be the last time I use TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Hidden fees
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax for at least 10 years. I find it easy to use and it has many helpful guidelines to speed you through the process.
What's great about it: Lot's of good hints, help where needed
What's not so great: Cost

Print could be larger in places

Overall very good experience. Appreciate the checks and reviews at the end to ensure statement is complete. Filed my Fed and State at 6:30 PM on a Sunday. at 6:45 was notified that my federal return had been accepted. At 2 in the AM I received a text that my State return had been accepted. Pretty smooth.
What's great about it: With the updates addressed special needs I had this year only for my taxes... expecially the State.
What's not so great: Print could be larger (we're getting older) OR at least clearly show how the print can be increased. I found on google.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

1) The NOL carryforwards could be easier to find for entry, and the amount and calculations should be automatically tracked from year to year and currently they are not.
2) The basis questions for Roth IRAs are confusing.
3) PLEASE create an Apple/Mac version for your S-corp and C-corp software.
