Overall, I really like Turbo Tax. My only negative is the part where one prints the returns. If I follow all the recommendations, I wind up printing it 3 times.
What's great about it: You have made my job very easy by walking me through the steps.
What's not so great: The printing of the return is rather confusing.

TurboTax Does The Work For You

I have used TurboTax for many years and find it is the best. You can work on it at your convenience. It fills in your previous year information so that you don't have to redo it year after year. It helps you find deductions. It makes it so easy to follow. You can print all or any forms. It checks for errors. It offers e-filing. I think it is great that I can do it myself, at home,
What's great about it: Very easy to use; explains details; makes a complicated job easy.
What's not so great: It is better when you know what you are doing.

Taxes for Dummies

This is the third year that I have used Turbo Tax. By using the walk-through feature there is no guess work about the process. All you really need to do is have your paper work in order and Turbo Tax does the rest. I like the fact that at any time before e-filing you can go back and review or edit any information. If you need to stop, you can pick up right where you left off when you sign back in again.

Exceded my estimated refund!!!

Turbo tax improves things every year. I know as I've used it for years and years!! If only you could put the "continue button" somewhere other than the bottom of every page. It gets annoying.
What's great about it: I'm able to select pertinent question areas and avoid non-applicable ones.
What's not so great: Going to the bottom of every page to "Continue"
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Can not Print Forms
