Makes Life Easier!

We have used it for many years and we always feel comfortable and accurate using the easy to follow program.
What's great about it: Direction simple

Easy taxes!

Overall we love using turbo tax. This year though, we got slightly annoyed with editing our numbers. It either erased our commas and periods, or erased such when pressing a back button. Please fix this for next year.
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step guide
What's not so great: Edited numbers kept changing

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Each year gets easier and I am assured that my taxes are done correct. This year is the first time that I used the support service with a question regarding 1099c. I received an answer promptly from an expert. I recommend Turbo Tax to my family and friends and highly recommended to anyone who is tired of paying hundreds of dollars to tax prep services.

What's great about it: easy and fast like its name

I use Turbotax every year and are generally happy with it, though this year couldn't e-file. Sometimes I feel Turbotax sends out their CD's too early and then they have to be updated to be accurate. It would be better to ship Cd's when they are fully ready.
What's great about it: Logical walk-through of tax prep.
What's not so great: Couldn't e-file due to lack of an update.
