First Error I encountered

I noticed this year my Sales Tax deduction was much less than last year so I went to the IRS website and checked the deduction calculator. It gave me two amounts, one for state sales tax and one for local sales tax. The amount Turbotax gave me matched one of the amounts, so the program is not picking up the other amount. I have tried to find a way to notify TurboTax with no success. I am going to try the Customer Service hotlink on this page.
What's great about it: Program asks all the right questions
What's not so great: Unable to figure out how to contact Intuit to report a program error.

2013 Turbo Tax experience

I have used Turbo Tax for 6 or 7 years and will keep on using it as long as it is reasonable in price.
What's great about it: It was straight foreward and easy to understand.
What's not so great: The 1099B process could be a little easier with more explanation.

This is the sixth year I have used Turbo Tax again very satisfied.
What's great about it: easy to work thru each step, explained well
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using TurboTax since it was on DOS! It's only gotten easier to use and more thorough.
What's great about it: Very thorough. Keeps track of my carryovers. Import functions
What's not so great: none
