What's not so great: Program did not import from Quicken all of the stock transactions

Easy Returns

Have used Turbo Tax for several years and really like the ease of doing my returns and filing them. Instructions easy to follow. Like the way questions are asked to make sure we use all the items that we should. Like the review process and the graph that shows the possibility of an audit. Thank you for making the tax filing season a lot less stressful.
What's great about it: Directions easy to follow.
What's not so great: Entering of K-1 info confusing. Fee charged for filing state return.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's not so great: someplaces it red flages but does not say how to determine. Like depreciation of cars

I've used Turbo tax for 4 years. We were audted last year and ended up payng more tax. This time I purchased the defense fund.
It is important to keep accurate records. I actually enjoy doing the taxes! Thanks to Turbo Tax!

I am very happy with the format used by Turbotax to complete my 2013 federal and state taxes. The format was very easy to use with many good explanations. I will highly recommend Turbotax to others.
What's great about it: Intuitive, very easy and thorough
What's not so great: Had to wait for a form but may not be Turbotax' problem

Once again easy to use and confident things were accurate. Like the carry over from year to year so you dont have to re enter everything. Every minute counts that does not have to be given to taxes!!

I have an accounting background but taxes have gotten so complex that you need help to fill out all of the forms .
Some of the calculations are difficult to understand. Even the tax services just fill out screens and let the computer do the work. Turbo Tax is an easy way to do your own taxes and save having to pay a tax service.

What's great about it: Easy input. Just answer some questions and fill out a few forms and the program does the rest.
What's not so great: There was a problem with e filing that took a call to support or I would have given it a 5 rating.
