Good Return

Most of the return went smoothly only had one hangup with one box getting checked by error.This changed my return from money due to a refund.

Easy, Fast, & Money

TurboTax was able to quickly upload all of my prior year's information. This saved me a great deal of time. I loved how it quickly walked me through the rest of the steps and helped me maximize my refund.
What's great about it: I liked how Turbotax was able to import my returns from last year and saved me time.
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Bang its done

I didn't like having to wait a week or so to get a fix for the installation process that was stalling. I did receive an email with information after logging a support call. Although i have been using turbo tax for 9 years now and have always had a good experience with it. I do believe it is a good product and I will and do recommend it to others.
What's great about it: that it was quick and easy. That it remembered my past information
What's not so great: going out to the website to questions answered. Also that I had to wait a week to get a fix for the installation

I am not computer savvy so being able to file my taxes all by myself using Turbo tax is a dream. I don't need anyone and my information remains confidential.

got about what i espected

It was pretty easy to file my taxes, feels like there are persons on the other side of the screen telling how and what to do in each step. very confortable noone waiting behind, you dont have to wait eather, not appointment needed, just go and work on it any time, any day you want from the confy of your coach. THank you..
