Won't let me file by pape

I have checked the box to mail by paper and it won't let me. It wants a pin to electronically file. I want to mail in my return.
What's not so great: do not like that I am wanting to mail by paper and it won't let me

Switching to Turbo Tax 4 years ago was the best thing I could have done to file my taxes. Everything is covered for the simple homeowner.
What's great about it: Quick and covered everything I needed.

Taxes made simple

I have been using Turbo Tax for over a decade now. I found it easier and easier to use every single year. My taxes are not very complex and I found it very beneficial and rewarding to do it myself.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: None
Pros: I had a baby, I moved, I bought or sold investments

I hate Tax's

Tax's in general are a pain.
To much reading and studying for simple tax's like mine. Some of this seems to be the logic of the program not being clear and a lot of it seems to be a complicated tax system. I will probaly use TT again next year but I dread it.
The program may seem like it is really easy for people who are in the tax world but it is so full of terms and ideas that just are not clear to the average Joe. Too many questions that just don't apply to me but I have to read them anyway to see if they do apply to me. Don't know how you get away from that but pretty frustrating. Maybe more testing TT on more people like me, and if they think that subject is confusing, even if you think it makes perfect sense, change it.

What's not so great: Tax world confusing. Asked me a lot of questions that I have no idea if they apply to me or not.

Thanks TurboTax for adding more money to my return I would have not received if I hadn't used you to begin with. Wish I had been using you from your very first year. No telling how many dollars I lost by not using your software.
