Excellent, worth the cost of program

An example of poorly worded question: when going to efile it asked if I filed last year and what my AGI was (for electronic signature). OK, no problem there, but then it asked if my spouse filed a return. Well, we filed a joint return, so I guess the answer is yes, but then it asked for her AGI. So is that the same as mine or is it zero. If it's the same as mine then it looks like we earned double the amount last year, which we obviously didn't. It was just a little confusing, that's all.
What's great about it: Imports data from last year; walks you through everything. Largest refund ever, even better than using tax preparer.
What's not so great: The wording of some questions made them a little confusing.

I will definitely be using Turbo Tax every year. This was an good experience - not sure why I haven't used Turbo Tax before!
What's great about it: Ease of doing return; good instructions; awesome phone support
What's not so great: One of the initial questions said I rec'd one FREE State e-file, but didn't!

loyal turbo tax user but I found the 529 distribution & tuition pmts sections confusing, not enough instruction detail and tips. Also - more detail in instructions needed for section on e-file. I shouldn't have to go to general online searches for guidance.
What's great about it: thorough and overall - easy to follow
What's not so great: some parts need more detailed instruction

We won't even consider using another tax product, this Turbo Tax program is so easy to use and everything is done correctly. Never had any problems with 'Turbo
