TurboTax could easily be titled "Taxes for Dummies". If you can read and enter information you can easily use this software for filing your taxes. If needed, you can leave the file you are working on and come back and finish later. The program saves as you go and you can easily go back and make sure you entered the correct info, if you have a doubt. NO reason to use any other tax software!
What's great about it: quick, painless....taxes for "dummies"

See cons above. Product is awkward when working intermittently on more than one set of returns and different state returns.
Should be more intuitive and offer an immediate option to choose one or the other set of returns when you resume working in Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Like the product overall
What's not so great: awkward when filing more than one return w/different state returns; particularly when you work intermittently

I could not E-File which is the whole reason to do Turbo Tax, Said I needed to do an update and try again. Well there is no update available. And now I have to file through the slow slow US mail.

I feel comfortable doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. My taxes are not really complicated but easier to do with Turbo Tax than filling out forms.
What's great about it: Easy to work taxes year to year using Turbo Tax...
What's not so great: No cons really...

Bad Year for TTax?

Hung tight (reset button) several times attempting to enter info for W2 import. Finally skipped that section and was able to finish return.
What's great about it: Worked
What's not so great: Several restarts due to hangs.

TT wouldn't work on the computer I used last year

Would not run on computer I used last year -OS=Windows 7 Premium Home addition.
