I used to do my return manually with a calculator and have been using turbo tax for about 5 years. It has made my life so much easier and i feel more confident that i am getting all the credits i dserve and that my calculations are correct.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: hard to find specific forms if you don't know the number

Couldnt be easier!!

This is the 4th year in a row I have used Turbo-Tax..Each year I question myself if I should have a professional do them instead. Once again, Turbo Tax surpassed my doubt that I could do it myself and save a lot of money with confidence!

A little more difficult this year.

Had to try three times to e-file. Kept getting message that more downloads had to be done, but under downloads it stated no new downloads. Still love Turbo tax and have used it for 8 years.
What's great about it: Always efficient and knowledgeable.
What's not so great: If you click on more information, how do you get back to the return?

TurboTax Fan

One problem: Have a business which is an S-Corp for federal and C-Corp for New Jersey (company pays tax, no flow through to personal). TurboTax NJ State return does not recognize this difference an allow to delete or override S-Corp information transferred from federal return. This needs a fix.

What's not so great: Lists longer than screen default to top requiring scroll down to last topic
