Loyal and Happy

I am a loyal, happy Turbo Tax customer and I will continue to be so for the foreseeable future.
What's great about it: Showing the 2012 info, transferring info VERY quickly, telling me why I do or do not qualify for some credits
What's not so great: I wonder if it wouldn't help to have a checklist (maybe optional) of all needed docs, maybe at start

It was a great experience again.

It was very helpful and quick. Far worth the purchase price. My whole family uses it and it has served me well for a fairly complicated tax situations. Home businesses are almost not worth having because of their headache.
What's great about it: All of the items you would expect.
What's not so great: The guide me through feature is annoying for those who like to dig deeper (me).

Really small type on the monitor - really hard to read.

Top of the line tax prep software

I can't say enough great things about TurboTax.
the price is a bit steep every year, but I can't seem to go wrong with it.
Highly recommended!!!
What's great about it: Guided me thoroughly and made sure everything was completed accurately!
What's not so great: Can't think of much problems here!
