I finished my return in 90 minutes.Step by step process was oversimplified but got me through it easily.
What's great about it: Quick and thorough
What's not so great: Printed forms were corrupted and had to reprint 15 pages

Unable to access last years taxes

I thought since I had last years disc I would be able to access last years taxes after my computer crashed. No luck.

Returns Filed for 2013

The process is very thorough going for every deduction and credit allowable in a tax return. This gives me confidence that I have maximized my returns.
The steps of the questions did not allow me to know at which point certain deductions were to be added. This caused me to go backwards, or to the help pages often.
Just before filing returns electronically, the software "discovered errors" that were not noted earlier. Example... If a line item in the W-2 entries should be left blank (in lieu entering $0.00), then the software could have caught that at a much earlier point in the process.
What's great about it: Complete review of all options for filing returns.
What's not so great: Not knowing the order when information will be needed is sometimes frustrating.

I have used TurboTax to do our family's taxes for over a decade and have always been impressed with the ease of use and the level of customer service. I've recommended TurboTax multiple times!
What's great about it: Easy, Peace of Mind, Up-to-Date

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years and have found it very easy to use. Even when I sold my home and purchased a new one, it was easy to follow.
What's great about it: The program is easy to follow
