Wasn't as easy to navigate as previous issues, Had to re-click choices many times, ie boxes and circles. Sometimes would skip pages. This has never happened in the past.

Very easy to do; if your taxes are simple, this is the way to go!
What's great about it: Anybody can do this!
What's not so great: Wish it would have automatically checked for updates when it installed!

Banged out another tax refund

I have been using this software for 5 years now. Every year it seems to get better and easier to use. This makes me a very happy consumer and the refunds I get from this software is the cherry on top. Thank You TurboTax
What's great about it: Very easy to use and full of information if needed.

Credit for Foreign tax on dividends hardest part

Is "various" an accepted country for the IRS if multiple countries are on one 1099-div?
Program no help with foreign tax credit carryovers.
Used TurboTax last year but 2013 didn't use data from those files.
What's great about it: more commonly used Fed forms
What's not so great: Form 1116 and associated carryovers still have me guessing
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Swift refund e-file rocks

I am no expert on filing taxes but find Turbo Tax just as easy as taking them to professional tax consultant. This seems much faster to do it myself with Turbo help.
What's great about it: Helpful easy steps and love e-file
What's not so great: never like doing taxes even if I get a refund

I would use it again, didn't realize there were going to be fees to e-file at the end.
What's great about it: Most of it went quickly and easy to understand
What's not so great: If error unable to get it to change very easily re: home business vs work expensives/
