Once the user understands the initial info of the fed person id / state tax id and the info of the property tax id this program is good for standard taxes.

My wife and I are very happy with Turbo Tax. It makes filing very easy and user friendly. We will definitely be using it again next year.
What's great about it: Makes filing so much easier
What's not so great: Cant think of any

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years and the product is so easy to use with the step by step flow and easy to understand questions and explanations. Why would you want to go use any other product or pay someone a large sum of money when you can simply do it yourself? Great product that makes doing your taxes fun! ;-)
What's great about it: Turbo Tax has an easy step by step process.
What's not so great: I can't think of any.

I would LOVE it if you would move the continue button to the upper right corner. Scrolling down EVERY page to reach the "YES/NO" choice or "CONTINUE" is an unnecessary nuisance whether self-directing or being walked through the process.

Completing Fed and State

We have used Trubotax for over 10 years and this was first year that the CD did not work until I got tech support to send me a link. Some of the questions were difficult to understand and to answer yes or no is not always easy. Most of the time it went very well.
What's great about it: Transfer of information great. Questions assisted in entering information easy.
What's not so great: Loading the CD did not work and needed assistance from tec support to download. Some question were not clear.

Done right!

I've used TurboTax for 3 years now and can't imagine doing it any other way. Next year I'll purchase my own copy instead of using my parents.
What's great about it: Liked the way Federal and State are integrated.
What's not so great: Some of the Education items are a little comfusing.

Extremely Easy

Overall I really appreciate the ease and help of this product. I like the It's Deductible help especially for donations to charities. It has made filing taxes for the last 6 years less of a chore.
What's great about it: Step by step guide through process. Helps find things to deduct you didn't think of.
