I Love Turbo Tax - it is Super Easy to Use. I love they walk you through everything and all explanations are included.

Easy step by step, questions and answers

Great product. This is my 10th year using it and it is a joy that it is so easy. I recommend this to every one i know whenever they talk about spending big bucks to have someone else do their taxes.
What's great about it: Convenient and easy
What's not so great: I wish the State Refund was free to file also.

2013 Tax software

The step-by-step questions stalled when entering farm rental income. I had to resort to the "forms" view and manually enter the data myself.
Not helpful if I was a beginner.
What's great about it: Similar format to prior years
What's not so great: Farm portion didn't work correctly. Required a pin # for mailed return.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax helped me figure out my taxes and I'm getting more back this year.

Turbo tax ask a lot of questions and you just put the answers where they belong. It pulls information from previous year, which saves time. If you have a question you can ask it and it is answered right away.
What's great about it: Information gets pulled from the previous year
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Under medical expenses, the program would not allow edits. I had to inflate dental to get all my medical expenses into the program.
What's great about it: Overall very positive

With our change from the work a day world to the retirement world, Turbo Tax made filing taxes easy - but with a bit more work - as there were new areas to explore on my part. But, as always, we achieved SUCCESS.
What's great about it: Helpful tips for filing taxes.
What's not so great: Sometimes a new item is not clear - as in all the retirement pay types.
