Your e-file pin mandatory option is NOT liked and NOT appreciated. I prefer to print and mail and this making up a PIN appears to make me electronically file. Please fix this!!!!
What's great about it: QUICK EASY & LIKED TRANSFER FROM PRIOR YEAR
What's not so great: HATE THE E-FILE STUFF!!!!!!!!!

Easy Peasy

There is a wealth of information available through both the turbo tax community as well as direction to the government documents relating to the particular question.
I don't have a very complicated life or return to go with it so I am very comfortable feeling I have met my obligation as a taxpayer and have gotten a return that simply feels correct/

It would be an interesting exercise to take the same info to a true tax expert to see if there is anything I am missing, but I don't feel strongly enough that I am leaving money on the table to actually take that step
What's great about it: Complete walk thru on all questions
What's not so great: Have a pretty simple tax situation so don't know how it would work if my tax life was more complex
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

don't like it when I have to go to the top each time I complete a section of income of deductions and then have to scroll down to the bottom again. that is annoying

Easy to install, use, and updates are vital to accurate filing. Transferring information from prior filings is very efficient. I wish all employers made the downloads of tax information available. This is a very time saving feature, and allows the user to verify the information quickly and more accurately.

I have been a long-time user of your software and find it gets more intuitive every year. I was audited for three years of recently filed returns all of them having used your product to file. There were no issues discovered.
