Easy Peezy

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. I am able to do taxes for my entire family, including my daughter who just bought a new house.
What's great about it: Got me the education credit I didn't know about.
What's not so great: Didn't have a good explanation of the education credit.

I didn't like that it didn't transfer my previous turbo tax return. I had to input all of the information.

Missing Something

Turbo Tax does not do K-1 forms. I had to go else where to fond out how to do the form.

Generally, I trust TurboTax for its accuracy.
What's great about it: Easy to use and change between forms and step-by-step / excellent for city taxes
What's not so great: Asks a lot of inapplicable questions if going straight step-by-step

Turbo Tax ALWAYS

I have used Turbo Tax for approximately 18 years, and no desire to utilize any other tax prep software. I find Turbo tax is easy to navigate, and has easy access to form review.
What's great about it: effective and friendly
What's not so great: Product cost

TAX TIME IS ALWAYS EASIER WITH TURBO TAX

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 7 years. That alone is a testimonial to how much confidence I have with the company and its programs. In all of that time I needed to actually call someone from Turbo Tax only once, and that issue was not tax related, it was for the way the printer was interpreting the data from the software. I was immediately sent several "fixes", and when none of them met my satisfaction, a new download was sent to me. Which replaced the product I purchased and corrected my printing issue.
Nothing but praises for the Turbo Tax family of products, for making my tax time an easy time for me.

What's great about it: The most difficult task of the year made so easy Thanks Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Print set up was more difficult then actually preparing my return.
