Almost Perfect

I have used Turbotax for several years. I have used accountants, H&R block offices and H&R online. For my relatively simple returns I have found Turbotax the easiest to work with.
What's great about it: Ease of entering information
What's not so great: Hard to get help if you have a question

Accurate and Easy to use!

I like Turbo Tax, used it for a number of years, helps me thoroughly review my data and tax information so I am able to file an accurate tax return.
What's great about it: Imported my W2 data
What's not so great: Failed to import my 1099-INT Data
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is the first year I've used TurboTax software. I've used it online, but I am very happy to have bought the software this year. One thing: When I tried to input cents, the program added .00 to the end, and boy, did that change my tax bracket. I don't know if that was caused by my European keyboard, or by an assumption that I would round my numbers. Rounding made everything work great.
What's great about it: Crisp, accurate, clear explanations.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Everything fine till tried to print state

Please help me print the proper form. I keep getting ones that have "DO NOT FILE" " FORM NOT FINAL". HELP

The software installation had some issues. These were most likely due to my Windows XP running through virtual box on Linux. Once installed the software did not ask to be updated. Forms were not updated. After I updated manually I reviewed what was completed and found some corrections. Software ran fine after that. Kind of surprised that after install the software did not update. It always did on my previous returns.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: had an install issue.

i have used turbo tax for over 10 years. i know what to keep in the tax file. when i prepare the taxes i can do it in less than 2 hrs total because the step by step process gets the required information from the tax box,
All of the calculations are made for me. that is a big plus,because i am only an engineer with an MBA in finance and not qualified to handle the IRS. instructions

What's great about it: i am familiar with tax laws etc. i have an MBA. IT ORGANIZES MY WORK
What's not so great: need quick explanation of changes in the law on each form
