Very good as usually. Slight issue with button positioning on the Update windows. When you click Update Now, the next window that opens has a Cancel button in the same place on the screen. If you try to click Update Now twice, it will register the one click on the Update Now page and then carry over the second click to cancel the update.
What's not so great: With updates, could accidentally click Cancel if click Update Now twice

Need Answers

When automatically downloading my 2013 stock dividends from Fidelity (National Financial Services, LLC) into Schedule B, Ordinary Dividends, it was entered twice. This also happened when filing my 2012 return, which required filing an Amended return. Fortunately, I caught the error this time; however, I would like to know if this is a TurboTax problem or a Fidelity problem.

What's not so great: Sometimes doesn't clearly describe tax/legal terms enough

My security software had some issues, so I had to disable my firewall to connect to internet and file taxes.
What's great about it: Great Tools - Always thorough!

Easy and quick

Easy to do, I lay out all my tax papers and Turbo tax asks me for them as it leads me through. The only concern is when I have something still on the table when it says we are done. But then there is a quick easy link to find what you missed and correct it.
What's great about it: It walks me through and if I have a paper left it is easy to figure out where I missed it
What's not so great: I still have to do it
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love this application! I can zip thru all aspects and find out what each item means and if I qualify.
What's great about it: The ease of use and ability to get definitions on various topics
What's not so great: Not always sure what in the tax laws has changed from year to year
