Long Time Fan

I have used Turbo Tax for literally decades and have always been more than happy with the results. I see no need to change, since this works so well.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is fast, accurate and easy
What's not so great: I had a hard time finding a place to enter my actual sales tax from my receipts this year.

the only issue I noticed is that it showed our state return from 2011 under 2012. it was misleading because not only we didn't have a refund last year, we had to pay and I had to dig up the amount from last years' printed records.
also, we couldn't remember where the efile pins came from, so updated with new assigned ones from IRS. should have a more clear explanation of the pins.
What's great about it: easy and fast. beats figuring out all required forms.

Solid tax program. But as it has gotten more interview oriented it has introduced some logical inconsistencies. So if you need to understand a bit more in depth in can be a problem
What's great about it: Excellent Interview process
What's not so great: Printing can be confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
