Easiest return Ever

Turbo Tax is easy to use. I like being able to import data from my broker. It appeared more difficult to print whenever I wanted to. I thought that last years version was simpler. I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years.
What's great about it: Questions easy to answer
What's not so great: when it comes to printing the changes from last year were a problem

2012 Taxes

Turbo Tax saved my life after my divorce. My husband was in charge of the family finances, and I was clueless. Buying Turbo Tax got me through it and I have been using it since then. It gets a little easier every year.
What's great about it: Excellent for novice tax preparers
What's not so great: some parts are confusing with the language

Easy as Always

The 2013 version seemed even easier to use than previous versions. I noticed a couple time saving tweaks that were made. The line by line comparison of prior year and current year is very helpful to make sure nothing is missed and to make sure the numbers make sense. I'll continue using TurboTax unless my tax situation gets much more complicated!
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Accurate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I will never stop using TurboTax- everything about it is easy, and I love that it saves my info and gives me a audit risk report!
What's great about it: The program makes everything easy- imported all my info from last year, and saved all my credit card info to efile state

Fast and accurate as always

I have used TurboTax for many years now and it gets better and easier each year. My "side-business" while in college as an Economics major was Income Tax. I trusted no one but myself to do accurate taxes in the 1970's. I experimented with several computerized versions over the years but was not satisfied. Then, I discovered TurboTax and have been sold ever since.
What's great about it: Easy, accurate, fast.
What's not so great: None
