T-Tax 2013

I spend usually two or three days to prepare my Fed and State taxes every year using T-Tax. When I work on the returns - I usually complete several sections - then save and exit T-Tax. I return the next day and expect to start again where I LEFT OFF the previous day. However, this year T-Tax always takes me back to the very beginning and I have to go through all of the completed sections to continue where I left off - or - I have to page through tabs to see where I was in the process. Never had to do that in previous years using T-Tax.
What's great about it: easily guided through process - great!
What's not so great: unhappy with start/stop location in return over several days

For a non-computer literate person, TurboTax makes a painful process (in so many ways) a breeze.

Made Taxes make sense!

Turbo tax helped us do our taxes together for the first time and made what could be an even more stressful situation less demanding and stressful.
What's great about it: The quick easy questions and "explain this" feature helped answer the confusion we had while filling
What's not so great: The state tax function is confusing still, we are suppose to get a rent deduction and we didnt know where to add it.

Overall a great Product!
What's great about it: Good Info, easy set up
What's not so great: Some confusing deductions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is at least 5 if not 6 years in a row doing taxes via turbo tax. I like this software much better then the alternative options. On suggestion i would have is to add an area that allows you to jump to a tutorial to support the specific tax form you have. For example this year while doing taxes I had a form I had never used before (1096 interest I think) While I was comfortable knowing that turbo tax would eventually cover this form via the tutorials I would like to see a feature that handles the form directly after I complete the usual forms.
What's great about it: Import capability
What's not so great: software is not self learning.

Turbo Tax Time again

The worse part of taxes is just gathering the information. After years of using turbo tax, I've set up my system to make it easier for myself year after year.
What's great about it: Love how easy it is to use and update your product
What's not so great: tax history years did not match across the top with my actual numbers

Extremely Happy with TurboTax

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 15 years and I am very satisfied with the ease and convenience of the product. The value is high for the price paid, considering the cost to use a professional tax consultant. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: Quick and easy. Repeated user of Turbo Tax for many years
What's not so great: None
