Fastest refund ever!

I will always s use TurboTax. It's the greatest!
What's great about it: easy to follow and simple to do
What's not so great: none

Wish the updates were checked and applied when the app was opened. Didn't get local tax form until final check for updates.
Had to fill in the registration information each time I closed and than opened the application.
On the child care provider information I was under the impression all I had to supply was the EIN. Later it asked for the address. Would have been nice for the original window would have flagged the fields as required.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Like Automatic Updates

I like turbo tax. its quick and easy and anybody can do it. they guide you through and make sure you get what you deserve.

What a relief!

I have add a CPA do my taxes since 1999. He retired last year and freaked out! Friends told me about Turbo Tax and how easy it was, so I decided to give it a try. It was easy!
What's great about it: Easier than I thought!
What's not so great: I add a few concerns about HSA contirbutions- directions unclear

Really good user-riendly software and service

I was able to utilize info from last year's computer and transfer it to be utilized this year. Wasn't difficult and saved lots of time.
Loyal user who will continue to use the product.
What's great about it: Like the download capability for last year's info
