e-file transmission issues

I had to quit out of turbo tax, quit my browser and restart computer in order for my e-file transmission to validate and go thru (using a Mac).
To make it even easier, it would be nice if you could scan your w-2's into the system along with other required documents making it even faster and easier.
What's great about it: importing last years info made it quicker
What's not so great: major issues with validation failing for the transmission for e-files

Really nice, really easy

I have been using TurboTax for years - have not had a bad experience yet. I remember the paper and pencil days - TurboTax makes things so easy and quick. So far, none of the many returns I have filed using TurboTax have had any errors. Great product and service.

Turbo Tax is an easy way for every average household to file their taxes. Once you've done it , it's pretty much the same each year.

Fast N Furious Refund!

The software led you step by step with lots of online help and tutorials. Super user friendly. Have been using Turbo Tax for many years and would recommend it to all of my family and friends.
What's great about it: Super User Friendly
What's not so great: All good nothing bad!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to follow

I use this program every year; my finances are simple, and the software walks me though step by step. It's easy to go back and step into a category if I need to revisit. I can also search for forms, etc. and the software gets me right to the location.
