EASY TO USE

This years program is even easier than years past. I have used TurboTax for many years and find that it helps tackle what could be complex issues in a very simple manner. Gives you the confidence that everything has been covered. It makes an effort to sell you some additional services, that some may need, but one NO should be enough.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Walks through topics that could otherwise be compex.
What's not so great: A few to many attempts to sell additional services. Once is enough. No is No.

Turbo Tax makes tax season "almost" fun.

Federal Taxes

During some of the questions I think you should mention that although you may have medical bills or tuition forms, if you take the standard deduction, none of that would be considered. If you know that you don't have many deductions (set a limit for example) then you should be able to select "standard deduction" even if you walk thru every question.
What's great about it: Questions were easy to understand

Great Product

Love this product. However, import of financial data (Fidelity) could improve. The password on the Turbo Tax side was limited to 12 characters but there was no prompt advising me of this. I wasted several hrs with fidelity support who finally advised me just to drop the 13th character of my password. A simple programming fix is needed.
Also, I liked the segregation of printing federal vs state better than this year's app which just lumped them all into one print function. Had to spend extra time range printing what I wanted. Would like you to reinstitute the ability to print selected schedules.
What's great about it: intuitive, fast, flexible
What's not so great: import function & printing options could improve

i've used turbo tax since 2002 to do my taxes. very easy directions to follow. walks you through every step. always a pleasure to use. would not prepare my taxes with anything else. thanks!
