tax credits from state to state forms needs more automation or some extra precautionary statements. I found an oversight on my part, so I have to file amended returns.
What's great about it: great math skills
What's not so great: multi state tax credits needs little help.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

STILL BUGGY

Easier to use that previous years. Would not e-file until I quit the program and restarted it. No way to contact a help desk by phone or online. FINALLY fixed military & California issues, but will not let me fix prior tax year problems, even thigh they asked.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Still has problems w/e-file and state returns

I've used this for years and makes taxes simple and quick. My refund as good as anyone elses!!!!!

For a person with little financial background , I have been using this program for better than 20 years with no issues.
One year I actually also checked with a tax expert to also do my return and I fared better with Turbo Tax..

As in the past, this product was easy to use and saved time by importing past data from previous return.
What's great about it: Fast, Quick, and Easy
What's not so great: Some obscure information was hard to find on corrected W2

What's great about it: Why not Turbo Tax? It saves you tons of money, time and you get a quick refund. It is #1 in my book.
