Excellent product when doing one state.
Doing multiple states for the same individual is not user friendly.

I've come back to use TurboTax for multiple years. It makes everything so easy to do. As long as I have the records at hand to use for input it goes by really fast. If I am not sure of what something is there is so much information that helps explain it.
What's great about it: Guides you easily through it and reuses from previous year
What's not so great: didn't know why I couldn't import W2. Couldn't find out how to find out

Intuit keeps making Turbo Tax better every year. The transfer of last years data (including charities) saves a lot of time. Turbo tax also finds deductions that the Fed and State do not tell you about - found me $2,500 tax credit!!
What's great about it: Transfer last years info, easy to navigate, asks the right questions

I have completed my taxes with Intuit's Turbo Tax software for years. It is so fast and easy, and I've never had to make any corrections or had any problems. I will continue to purchase Turbo Tax each year.
