Easy Peasy

Not sure how it would work for business owners but for calculating and completing my taxes it was easy and quick. Help information was just a click away. It makes figuring out taxes simple and painless with exception of realizing what the final number is. With that said I am still looking for that little magical button that once hit you don't pay taxes. Work on that please.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: None that I can think of

it used to be more easy to follow steps now it seems more complicated
What's not so great: why did not carry loss from provious year instead have to go through steps

Program problems

I've used this program in the past and I loved it but this time something was not right. I would answer a question and it would keep asking the same question, sometimes immediately sometimes later in the return. Also, when I would try to check a selection box it would not check it I had to keep clicking on it until it placed the check by my selection. I am disappointed at this point.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: skiped and repeated

Taxes made easy

Overall the best experience ever for filing taxes.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks you through each phase of the tax return and makes the whole process extremely easy.

Turbo Tax has been very useful for me.
I have used it almost 15 years and every year it gets better
What's great about it: It is very friendly to use, you answer questions, they do the work
What's not so great: Has few sales pop questions
