best bang for the buck

probably will use turbo tax for the rest of my employed life.
cant think of a faster and easier way to get taxes done for the price and convenience.

What's great about it: always easy and very detailed
What's not so great: takes a while to get software loaded up

Been using since 2007 and it is the greatest!
What's great about it: Love it!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Confused a bit

I was asked to go back to 2012 tax return for Taxes I paid on Line5 a, and then entered that number on the 2013 form.
Was I supposed to enter that number or the total on Line 9?

I am getting back $406.00 less on my state?
And I tried to check to see if it was correct, and never got a direct answer.

What's great about it: It was fast
What's not so great: Had to look at last years return for items?

Turbo Tax is absolutely the only way a person, company, etc should file their taxes. How do you improve on perfection?

The Best !!!

This was so easy and so quick. I can download my W-2 from my companies web site directly into Turbo Tax. I put in minimal data after that and Turbo Tax does it all. I don't even have to do any math.
What's great about it: easy to do, fast, no worries
What's not so great: none

Customer service reps were fantastic and helped me download the software and answered questions when I had an issue with MA electronic filing.
What's great about it: The benefits are great because it walks you through each step
